3. Prices & Payment: The Price of the Goods is set out on the website
and on the confirmation of the order. The Price is in Pounds
Sterling and includes Value Added Tax at the current UK rate In
the event that there is a pricing error on the website then
Hellifield Computer Supplies will be bound to honour any orders. (See section on
Order Processing). Payments can be made either by Master Card,
Visa or Switch.
4. Delivery Charges: all delivery charges stated on website.
5. Order Processing: When you complete your personal details and
select the Goods that you wish to purchase and submit them to us,
a contract is formed between you to purchase the Goods at the
prices shown on the website and us to supply them at the prices
shown on the website subject to these terms and conditions. We
will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order
and to advise you of an approximate despatch date. Please note,
that in the unlikely event that the Goods are no longer available,
we will advise you of this, so that you may select either an
alternative product or a full refund. We reserve the right at our discretion to
refuse to complete a contract for the sale of Goods to you. Hellifield Computer
Supplies will not be held responsible for any misprints or spelling mistake
relating to the description of the product.
6. Cancellation of Order: Orders can be cancelled by emailing
sales@hellifieldcomputersupplies.co.uk or telephone us on 01729 851849. We will
respond to your request by email and confirm that your order has
been cancelled or has already been despatched. Orders that are
cancelled after despatch by us are subject to the delivery and
return collection charges incurred.
7. Delivery Schedule: All our products are specifically ordered for
you, we will notify you by email the delivery forecast for each
item on your order. We will usually ship your order complete once
all the goods come into stock. Delivery dates are only approximate
and we accept no liability whatsoever in respect of late
deliveries. The Carrier may also ask to see identification before
leaving the goods, (to protect us from Credit Card Fraud). Do not
book any installers until the goods have been received and checked
for damages and shortages by you. No liability can be accepted for
costs by late deliveries or for any other reason. Heavy and bulky
items may require assistance by the driver to off load them from
the vehicle. This assistance will be required from the customer.
8. Delivery & Acceptance: Our Carrier will contact you direct to
arrange for a suitable time to make the delivery. Goods will only
be delivered to the customer's address (they cannot be left with a
neighbour) and the packaging must be checked for damage and signed
for by either you or your appointed agent. (Signing unchecked will
not be accepted). Where the packaging is damaged the goods must be
opened and inspected at the time of delivery and the carrier's
consignment note marked accordingly. You must also email us
immediately to inform us of the damage so that we can arrange for
a replacement and the damaged goods to be collected at no cost to
you. All goods must be opened and inspected and any damages must
be notified by email within 24 hours of delivery. Any loss or
damages after that period will be at your risk. Any shortages or
incorrect items must be notified on the consignment note and by
email to sales@hellifieldcomputersupplies.co.uk at the time of delivery. If the
delivery is to a communal building like a block of flats, please
not that the driver may require help unloading. As soon as the
goods have been delivered and signed for, they become your
responsibility. If the driver refuses to wait whilst you check the
packages against the delivery note - DO NOT ACCEPT THEM - and
inform us immediately. If you are using a representative to sign
for the goods on your behalf, please ensure that they follow these
instructions and carefully examine all the packages. If you or
your appointed agent is not able to accept the delivery at the
appointed time agreed with the carrier you must contact them to
arrange an alternative delivery, failure to do so could result in
you being charged for the second delivery. All deliveries are to
kerbside only although the driver may carry some items into the
hallway at their discretion.
9. Returns & Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the order or you
have changed your mind, you may return the goods within 7 days of
delivery for a full refund minus the cost of delivery and return
carriage charge (if arranged by us). We will issue refunds within
28 days. You must advise us by email to returns@hellifieldcomputersupplies.co.uk
and we will issue you with a returns document. Please fill in the
document and return to us by e-mail. All goods must be returned in
their original packaging and in a saleable condition and at you
cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that returned goods
reach us in good condition. We recommend you take out carrier
insurance to cover the cost of any unforeseen damages as products
returned to us in an un-saleable condition will not be refunded.
No returns will be accepted without a completed returns document.
Please do not write on or damage the original packaging as this
will render the package un-saleable, and you will not be refunded.
They should be well packed and returned with your original invoice

Please follow the above instructions carefully, as manufacturers
will not accept and refund faulty/damaged items unless they are
notified within 24 hours of delivery. Upon return of the faulty or
damaged items we will exchange the products or issue a full refund
including delivery charge within 28 days. Products returned after
the seven day cooling off period, will be subject to a 15%
restocking charge and the cost of the transit. Please note that
Your right to return Goods pursuant to the Distance Selling
Regulations 2000 does not apply in this contract where the Goods
are manufactured for You or customised to Your specifications.
10. Extent of Liability: Whilst every effort is made to ensure that
the goods are accurately described on our website, the
descriptions do not form any part of the contract between you and
us. They are designed to represent a general idea of the Goods.
You should ensure that the goods which you are purchasing from us
are suitable for your intended purpose, if you need assistance
please contact Andy on 01729 851849 between 9am -
5pm Monday to Friday. However we do not
give any warranty that the Goods, which you purchase from us, are
suitable for your intended purpose. We will not be liable to you
for any loss or damage which you suffer as a result of any breach
by us of this contract, including, but not limited to ,
consequential loss to you and/or loss or damage to the property of
third parties. In any event our liability to you arising directly
from our negligence will not exceed the invoice value of the
Goods. Nothing in this clause will limit our liability for death
or personal injury resulting from our negligence. This clause does
not affect your statutory rights. We make every effort to ensure
that this Website is free from viruses or defects. However, we
cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any website
accessible through it will not cause damage to your computer. It
is your responsibility to provide adequate protection for your
equipment which you use to access this website. We will not be
liable to you or to anyone else for any loss or damage which may
be caused to any equipment arising as a result of your use of this
website.
11. Law & Jurisdiction: The contract between us will be governed by
English law and we and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction
of the courts of England & Wales. If you access the website from
locations outside England and Wales you are responsible for
complying with any laws applicable to that territory.
